Thank you for shopping with AMIRIANI. Every order is crafted with care and fulfilled upon request to minimise waste. Below you’ll find details on processing, shipping times, and what to expect.

1. Fulfillment Time

Each item is made-to-order and typically fulfilled within 2–7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once fulfilled, the item is shipped out.

2. Shipping Time & Costs

All AMIRIANI pieces are made to order. This means production begins only after your order is placed — a process that allows us to avoid overproduction and stay true to our values of intentional creation.

Shipping times and fees vary depending on the product, your location, and the fulfilment center handling your order. All applicable shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout.

Complimentary shipping is available on all orders above €199.95.
At checkout, you’ll see two delivery options — please select the Free Shipping option to apply this benefit.

Because fulfilment and delivery are managed by our global production partners, we cannot guarantee exact delivery dates. Depending on the item and region, orders may take several weeks to arrive.

Once your order has been fulfilled and shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

3. Order Tracking

You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order has shipped. Please allow 24–72 hours (excluding weekends and public holidays) for the tracking link to become active.

4. Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes, depending on your country’s regulations. These fees are not included in our prices or shipping charges and are the responsibility of the buyer.

5. Delivery Issues

If your package arrives damaged, is delayed, or doesn’t arrive:

We will work with our fulfillment partner to resolve the issue.

We are not responsible for delivery failures due to incorrect addresses submitted during checkout.

6. Pre-Orders & Limited Releases

If a product is marked as pre-order, the estimated shipping window will be stated on the product page. In mixed orders, we may ship ready items separately at no additional charge.
