Refund policy

At AMIRIANI, we stand by the quality of each piece. If something isn’t right, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

 

Returns

You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible, the item must be:

• Unworn and unused

• With original tags

• In its original packaging

• Accompanied by proof of purchase

Returns must be approved before being sent. Items sent back without prior request will not be accepted.

Return shipping is free. Once your return is approved, we’ll provide a prepaid label and detailed instructions.

 

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, email us immediately so we can make it right. Include clear photos and your order number.

Exceptions

We do not accept returns on:

• Sale items

• Gift cards

• Personalized or custom pieces

• Used or worn items

• Hazardous materials or flammable goods

Exchanges

To exchange an item, please return the original item using the process above. Once accepted, place a new order for the desired product.

EU Right of Withdrawal

If your order was delivered within the European Union, you are entitled to a 14-day cooling-off period to cancel or return your order for any reason.

Items must still meet the standard return conditions: unused, in original condition, with tags and packaging.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email.

If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to post the refund.
